We recently stayed in one of the Maxwell\'s condos at the Hawaiian Princess and could not have had a better experience. The Maxwells were very responsive to our initial query and any questions we had. The location is amazing, especially if you want a quiet vacation right on the beach. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the lanai and the kids had fun swimming in the ocean. The description of the unit was spot on. We truly enjoyed our stay and will rent from the Maxwells again when we return.

We recently stayed at one of the Maxwell\'s Hawaiian Princess condos, February 11 - 18, 2016. This was our first time to Oahu and were looking for a very restful and peaceful vacation. Accomplished.

Throughout the whole process the Maxwells have been very responsive, informative and a pleasure to work with.

The condo, location and view from our lanai met and exceeded our expectations! We look forward to going back.

The Hawaiian Princess is a great place to stay, away from the masses in Waikiki. Very quiet area which we really appreciate. The condo was perfect. Very well equipped and clean. We lacked nothing. The beach is fabulous and never crowded. We saw turtles and whales daily. I\'ve been coming to Turtle Cove for 40 years and love it out in Makaha. We did have trouble with the internet on our first day but Don came to fix it right away which was very much appreciated. Looking forward to booking for next year!

We just returned from our third trip to Oahu. Each time we have stayed at the Maxwell’s condos at the Hawaiian Princess in Makaha. First let me say that staying in a condo is definitely preferable to staying in a hotel. You don’t have to eat out every meal and can enjoy your morning coffee or tea out on the lanai looking at the beautiful view. We have watched whales, turtles, boats and paddle boarders all from the lanai. And, unless you happen to like crowds, traffic and noise, staying in Makaha is soooo much better than staying in Honolulu. The price is less than a hotel and you will be staying directly on the beach.

The Hawaiian Princess sits on the most beautiful beach imaginable. Most days there are no more than a half dozen folks on the beach – weekends I have seen maybe 30… the beach is a huge expanse of warm white sand. The ocean is mostly calm and the swimming is great. If you’re not an ocean swimmer, the condos also offer a pool and hot tub.


The Maxwell’s condos are nicely furnished, kitchens are well equipped and the king sized beds are very comfortable. I truly appreciate that they have worked with me to match our accommodations to the best airfare dates, and that they have been so prompt and responsive to my questions. This last trip we rented two adjoining condos so that my elderly mother could enjoy her 1st trip to the islands.

I highly recommend the Maxwell condos. I know we will be returning again soon…

We love this place it is away from all the crowds. The room is clean and nice you sit on the lanai and watch the whales, seals and turtles. The waves are peaceful and put you to sleep. A very relaxing place. The owners Don & Pat are wonderful. This is heaven on earth and will be back.

The suite exceeded my expectations. The view was amazing, the suite was comfortable and I appreciated the fact that everything we needed was there from beach chairs to cooking utensils. If someone is looking for a great, quiet location to chill, this is the place.

We enjoy being away from the city, yet close enough to enjoy the many amenities Oahu has to offer. We come to relax, enjoy the quiet beach, view from the lanai and sound of the surf on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay at The Maxwell\'s Princess 1 and Princess 4 condos. The location, the views, and the beach are absolutely beautiful. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves most day. The condos are clean and have everything you want and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
