He didnt beat himself up and then commit suicide rediculus.. I am having simular problem with police in Richmond California My friend was murdered I have done my own investigating and police wont return my calls. I don't understand...

My nephew was found with a sheet around his neck in his closet on 3/11/03. Autopsy reports show blunt trauma to his forehead, bridge of nose and both hands.Next door neighbor heard a yell at approximately 11:30 pm. ME classified it as a suicide. He had no history of depression. Was in very good spirits evening before. Making plans for his birthday (22nd) in 6 days, excited about birth of first child (a boy) in 4 mos and upcoming baby shower, plans for parents 25th anniversary at end of month. Me who performed autopsy no longer in NY, ME going by report and photos, Det. on case reluctant to hear information from family regarding family's conceren's and constant death threats made by obsessive girlfriend to get her brothers after him. I feel I am talking to a wall as the ME and Detective are unwilling to listen to family's concerns. Where can I turn, who can I contact to make someone listen???? All friends are family DO NOT believe he would take his life. He was not that type of character. Hard working, responsible, many plans for the next couple of weeks. Please guide me to have this senseless death loooked into by someone.
