I’ve been checking McDonald’s options recently in South Africa and noticed something a bit confusing.



Some menu items and meal deals don’t seem to be exactly the same at every location. In a few cases, certain items are available in one branch but missing in another, and even pricing can vary slightly depending on where you go.



While trying to understand the current menu better, I found this site:

It helped me get a clearer idea of what’s generally available, but I’m still unsure if McDonald’s follows a fixed national menu or if everything is adjusted by store.



Has anyone else noticed these differences between branches, or is it just normal for McDonald’s here?
