I was having a quick discussion with a friend about McDonald’s in South Africa, and we couldn’t agree on something.

We noticed that some menu items and meal combinations seem to appear differently depending on the branch. In a few cases, pricing also doesn’t look exactly the same, which made us wonder if there’s a standard national menu or if stores have some flexibility.

It gives a useful breakdown of items, but I’m still curious how consistent McDonald’s really is across locations.

Does anyone here know if this variation is normal or if certain items are only available in specific areas?
