I’ve been checking Starbucks menus across different locations in Canada recently and noticed something a bit confusing. Some drinks and food items seem to have different prices depending on the store, and in a few cases certain seasonal items are available in one location but completely missing in another.

It’s making it hard to figure out what the actual current menu is, especially for limited-time drinks and new food launches.

It helped me understand the menu variations a bit better, but I’m still not sure if Starbucks follows a fixed national menu or if everything is managed locally by each store.
