Found this sweet pitiful cat at the transfer site on 1/8/18. Limping with frost covering its matted fur, this poor cat willingly came to us and eagerly devoured the only food we had in the truck: a dog treat. Don’t know if it’s a lost kitty or some horrible person took it to the dump along with the trash but it appears the cat was once well cared for.
