Accosted down in Starkeyville a couple weeks ago. Claims his name is Wrigley. Blonde close cut hair, 5'10", slender, mostly in black.
He was found prowling around a neighbor's place and claimed to be going fishing (no pole in hand). This person has no problem walking in for a look around, and was on foot at the time. He is an FNG.
