I use Ground Round Hamburger anout 2 lbs. I use 1 lb.Sage Sausage,I like Jimmy Dean but any kind works,I use 1 package of crackers,crumbled,1 chopped onion,1/2 bottle catsup,1 egg,Chopped green peppers,1 teas.of Yellow mustard,1/4 can cream,Mix all together,shape in a loaf pan,cut slits across top,pour more catsup on top,I pour a little water around the loaf,bake at 350 for about an hour.

I always used the recipie on the quarker oats box but i add chopped green peppers
