Is running clinics to make it easier for patients to get vaccinated.
A fantastic positive response from all patients so far to our flu vaccination service

Remember .. it takes a few weeks for the body to gain the full response to the vaccine … now is the perfect time to get the body prepared for Winter.
If in any doubt, you have any questions or concerns, I’m more than happy for you to pop in and see us at the pharmacy πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

On another note .. VITAMIN D !! ..
Taken from the link website below :
Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement during the autumn and winter.
From about late March/early April to the end of September, most people should be able to make all the vitamin D they need from sunlight.
The body creates vitamin D from direct sunlight on the skin when outdoors.

But between October and early March we do not make enough vitamin D from sunlight. Read more about vitamin D and sunlight.
If you already take meds/supplements from your GP - it’s possible that they contain vitamin D - please feel free to check with us
