I have a complex of 7 avairies build out of heavy birdmesh but the wild finches [ chestnut siskin finch] keep flying in and having a good feed of all the seed. I am worried that they infesting my birds with lice and that my own birds qurrent with young won' have enough feed. I hve already covered part of it off with shadecloth and smaller wire but I think the still get through the doorcage openings. How long do those finches hang around and what else can I do to get rid of them.
