FNSB Floodplain Management Ordinance Title 15.04 Expanded
Howdy,
As some know, this ordinance came out of the aftermath of the 2008 ice jam and big water events of that spring/summer. Originally posted, it had only 4 sections to it. It has been expanded CONSIDERABLY since then, and is worth a second look, especially if your property was included in the Borough floodplain redrawing:
