We need to watch what policing powers we give to the borough, Animal control pulled up in my yard today to give me a warning about running my dog behind the four wheeler because it was unrestrained. Then I thought about National Lampoons movie "American Vacation" and the leash tied to the bumper!
Oh, the reality is I don't have a four wheeler, or a dog, all I got is a public servant i.e. dogcatcher checking up on me.
