    Jim Apple-for his intrepretive work as an 18th & 19th century Cherokee man at Manskers Station and all over the state.

    Emerson Begay-for cultural preservation, teaching and music.

    Lowery Begay-for cultural preservation and arts all over the world.

    Brandon R. Burden-for his service to America in the Air Force and Homeland Security.

    Deborah Dodson-for her educational work at schools, artistry work at Trail of Tears Center in Pulaski and helping to track Bell's and Benge's Routes.

    Ray Henson-For volunteer work at VA Hospital, Deputy state director for Military Funerals and doing a program for Native American Heritage Month at Hendersonville High School.

    J. J. Kent-for leadership in teaching at schools, colleges and events all over.

    David Lundy-for his powerful singing style with pow-wow drums, making him a role model for other young adults.
