    TNNAC Members,

Good morning! This is the earliest opportunity to give a report on the Memphis Caucus Election, as I did not get back in town until late Sunday night (11/15) and had an early commitment this morning. Unfortunately, Ed and Helen Vinson were unable to attend. We missed having them and hope Helen is feeling better soon.
I’d like to say THANK YOU to the staff that volunteered their time during the caucus election. I can’t say for sure, but this may have been the largest turn out for a caucus election in TNNAC’s history. There were 86 people signed-in, a number of which were strictly observers or staff members. The caucus was very active with late arrivals being approved to vote, while other voters left prior to adjournment. The total number of voting participants combined was 62 (sixty-two).
