Hi. I found a green and yellow (apparently male) parakeet at the Manasquan reservoir. He is very sweet natured and seems to be in good health, but doesn't fly too well. We found him on Saturday (7/2) and he ate nonstop for the first few hours, leading us to beleive he's been lost for a while. Please contact me at (609) 897 0046 if you're missing him. Excuse me for being so suspicious, but I have encountered some extremely unscrupulous people who abuse animals so I may ask you a few questions to ensure it's really indeed your bird and that you can provide a suitable enough home for it to go to.
