I think It is not easy to be fast and resiliant to take decisions and to draft laws when they must be approved by all the 25 members.
It was an illusion thinking the further steps towards more integration and expansion of the European Union would be easy: the biggest is the Union the more are difference between the national interests which don t match with the other countries.
