As of May 29 if you are hosting a BASA Tournament you must go through Ron Mathews for your umpires.Mr Mathews will be able to participate in your tournament are he and myself will make sure you have a great UIC TO WORK YOUR TOURNAMENT. YOU MUST CONTACT HIM
