does all the teams know that the parks will be charging everyone 4 dollars to get into the parks each day including the players?

How do you know that? Just because it happened this past weekend doesn't mean it will happen in Sept. Don't go spreading rumors until you get the facts from the BASA staff.
FYI......Every major park in Cincy charge us to play week in and week out and that's after we have paid league fees. It may not happen in your town but it has been that way around here for years. Nothing new to the ball players in OHIO.

if basa is paying them fir the rental of the feilds the players should be exept for the worlds. it has been that for ever.

Either you are going to pay to park your car at the park or you will pay to get inside the park. One way or another we will pay something.

And that's just someone being money hungry and taking advantage of the situation! Are they paying for damages if your car is tatooed?
