Well people this drink is in some very interesting flavors such as Cran-Grape, Lemon Blast, Tea-berry and more. It does not have no sugar and no carbs. Let me educate you to the fact that because my product has NO sugar there is no crash factor. Those of you drinking other brands with sugar content you get that sudden energy burst then all of a sudden boom there is a crash factor.
