Whoever said bush cared about black people. thats all they show you on tv is the black community complaining about what the so called gov is not doing to help them. the levee broke in the ward with mostly housing projects so these people probably had no rental insurance and lost everything that they didnt take with them. Has the gov ever done anything on purpose to help blacks. My advice to my people all over is to keep what you have and preserve and most important GET OUT AND VOTE not just for your president but set up your local and state officials as well cause those roads end at the white house.
