if you take out the home runs in rec it would make the playing field a lot better for rec teams, and make a lot of those teams that should'nt be in rec move up. if you use a bat that has pop,then play up were you won't get mad when the three home runs are gone. this would just make the fun rec team that really don't have a lot of good players have a chance to get better, and not be the practice mat for these teams that should'nt be their.
