Hey, this one is for me but I know I am not the only one who wants to know this. I would like to work on my abs can anyone tell me what is the best way to get great abs? Situps or crunchies? What is the best workout for them?
Do 200 crunches, some leg raises, twists with your crunches and cardio every day and you can't go eat a buffet after you do all that. You have to learn how to diet. Don't eat after 7 if you can help it.
