You ever go out, wake up the next day and was broke as hell?
Don't know what to do or who to tell
Nothing in you pockets except for some lent
Dont know where none of your money was spent
You went out and had about 5 or 6 drinks
Ya head hurt so bad that you cant even think
I'm sure someone has had just one of them days
Your brain wakes up and your mouth says AAAYYYY
Last night was cool but I took it to far
I think I left all my money in the car
I jumped to my feet and headed for the door
Slipped and busted my azz on the living room floor
Searched all over even under the seats
Man somebody done got me...I've been beat
I go back in the house to see what I'm gone do
With no rent money.....man I'm through
The land lord is serious and he act a little funny
This dude dont play when it comes to his money
The only thing I can do is get in the car and run

I'm in the kitchen working on the rest of the poem but I have a friend who is a little down and had a thought. I was going to keep it between the two of us but then I thought someone else might be feeling the same way. So I'm going to post it.
Have you ever felt down and out
Felt the need to curse someone out
How about you woke up and just wanted to fight
Nothing seem to be working out right
You try to help the few and the many
But for some reason you dont get any
Love that is....So you hide your feelings to mask the pain
Seems like all it does is rain
If by chance there is someone who feels like this too
Then read this...cause this is what you do
Look to the heavens above
And the Lord will show you the love
He is there all we have to do is ask
This too shall pass
He is there to lend you a hand
With your life he has a plan.
Don't let the enemy get you in a bind
Seek the Lord in him you will find
He is the one that will give you peace.
