Stolen OBOE Fox Model 450

A Fox Model 450 oboe (serial number 20094) was stolen from Maine rock oboist "Zen Ben" on Sunday, July 29th in Saratoga Springs. Zen Ben, whose own band Hoboe features amplified oboe, was in Saratoga for a weekend performance. The oboe is a double-reed woodwind instrument that looks similar to a clarinet. It was in a backpack that also contained 28 reeds, reed-making tools (knives, sharpening stones, etc.), black shoes, two phone chargers and a toothbrush and toothpaste. The oboe is of great personal and professional value to Zen Ben, and he is requesting any information about its whereabouts to be reported to the Saratoga Springs Police Department. A cash reward is being offered for its return

THIS OBOE HAS A VALUE OF GREATER THAN $5,000. ANY ASSISTANCE IN GETTING THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS STOLEN OBOE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
