I would definately not advise anyone to buy this software. You are absolutely right when you say the customer service is lacking. I did not notice that they have no phone number to be reached at or I would have never made the purchase. I have been trying to load this program for months to no avail so I paid all this money for a program I cannot even get to download. I have send email to customer support again and again.....
