Hello All.
I just wanted to raise a concern of mine that was brought up afew years ago but seems to have vanished off the radar.
There still seems to be a massive problem with groups of young lads & girls outside the village shop hanging around for no good reason. Im not saying that they all cause trouble but I did witness police being called 2 days ago to a large crowd outside being drunk and fighting. There is no door on the phone box, litter is everywhere and some of the youths who are old enough to drive seem to think its ok to park there car on the tarmaced area outside the shop. Sometimes It makes our nice village look like the Wellend estate.
The question i have is these:
1.Can the pcso that looks after the village apply for a ban on youths 'hanging around' certain areas during times of the day.If not i do have a solution.

2. I noticed sometime ago there is one CCTV camera mounted on the flats looking towards the shops. Is it still there and if so is this camera working or is it just a bluff?
Thankyou.
