Hello Ian,
The news is not good I'm afraid. The land is owned & maintained by Hunts District Council and the Parish Council has no jurisdiction over it. I have spoken to Peter Mitchell who is our District Councillor and he believes that there is little chance of a sign as the Police will not be able to enforce it.
