Message:   Whilst walking my dog i noticed a speeding car, which regularly visits the village delivering take aways; it must have been doing 60 at least. I waved my hand to slow him down but he didn't see me..perhaps a "stinger", which is triggered when people speed down here would soon put people off....or cardboard cut outs of kids about to cross the road???
