Do you care about the music you hear at a show in-between bands?

Hell yes it matters! I'll give a couple of examples: 1. In between bands at Club Vodka, the music ALWAYS kept the vibe going and the crowd hyped up. Does it get any better than listening to National Dust onstage followed by Brides of Destruction on the PA after? I don't think so. Hell, at least it made DOING the changeovers more enjoyable. 2. Anybody hear what was playing during changeovers on Sunday at Gigantour in Irvine? Crowd got a little sleepy, and it wasn't just the beer/sun/all day festival combination doing it. Ya gots to know the crowd, and keep 'em going in between. For a good DJ/FOH guy, it ain't hard. (but now I think I'm preaching to the choir)
