Dear Sir:

I am in receipt of your email regarding recommendations for House Bill 1295.

MTR VEHICLE/MOTORCYCLES: Provides for the repeal of the motorcycle helmet law

As I am sure you are aware, the regular session will be thru June 23rd, 2008. I will be sure to keep you in mind as I review the changes to our current and future laws. I will watch this bill closely as it goes through the legislative process and seriously consider the recommendation that you have made. I look forward to the challenges of this legislation and feel that great things will come for the State of Louisiana.

Again, I appreciate your thoughts regarding recommendations for House Bill 1295. I look forward to hearing from people such as yourself regarding such issues that effect our great state.
