Message:		The trial date is May 19th. Depending on what happens we will continue the fight with an appeal or depositions or whatever may be necessary to win this case. ABATE of California does not provide detailed information about the fund, but I can tell you that we need more money, especially if we end up appealing to the State Supreme Court.
