Subject: Re: May is Motorcycle Awareness Month ... But Not for SUV Drivers

last year i was rideing my wifes bike going to bangor to see on of my freinds. As I proceded past the tate road a woman in a GMC Envoy pulled out on the road behind me.I was cruising about 55mph and I saw she was catching up to me rapidly.I put my blinker on and pulled over on to the paved shoulder and started to slow down to let her by while keeping an eye on her.I looked and she followed me over and never touched her brakes. I dont think there was 2 feet between us when i cranked the throttle then i heard her brakes screech and she turned out ot avoid me.If I had not kept an eye on her i think that would have been my last ride.I tell people that are just getting in to bikeing to pretend that they are invisible to the other drivers this has saved my ass a few times
