Here's the problem, Bruce. These SUV's and other four wheelers do not pull out in front of motorcycles because they want to. They do it because they don't see the bike. It is up to the biker to do his part by learning the "tricks" of not getting hit by a car. Lane domination techniques and hi-beam lo-beam flashers would stop the bulk of these accidents. The cagers aren't evil, they're just people who screwed up and pulled out in front of someone who, by the way, can be especially difficult to see. Rider education is where our help lies, not in stricter and more harsh laws.

With that said, I really appreciate your hard work and attention to the important issues of the day as they relate to our shared love of motorcycles.
