Message:		SUV driver charged in motorcycle accident By Sharon Greene Posted: Friday, May 02, 2008 at 1:14 p.m. Highway Patrol has charged the driver of an SUV in an accident that sent a motorcyclist to the hospital. It happened around 10:00pm Thursday night on Carolina Forest Blvd. Highway Patrol said the SUV driver was pulling out of a private driveway near Postal Way when he collided with a man on his motorcycle. The biker was flown to New Hanover Medical Center in Wilmington. His condition is still unknown. The driver of the SUV has been charged with failure to yield the right of way.
