This was not a personal attack. I am trying very hard to avoid that going forward.

Either you can support your argument with a citation, or you cannot. If you cannot, then as forum moderator I have allowed you to effectively hijack this thread, which was intended to focus on incompetent and ill-intentioned journalists misleading the masses about motorcycling issues.

You are welcome to post opinion in this forum, Frank, so long as you do not frame it as fact. In this case, however, you have posted a contention which you apparently cannot support. And unless and until you CAN post a citation supporting your assertion, I ask that you please stop wasting my time and that of our readers.
