I am not arguing what you claim I am arguing. I'm agreeing with you, for pete's sake. Helmet laws are subject to the 14th Amendment, but it's a limited protection.

Helmet laws are constitutional. And I've spelled out why they are.

You can attack me personally in frustration, or call my statements "specious" or "baloney," but that doesn't make me wrong, or you right, in your claim that helmet laws are unconstitutional.

I'm really not against you. I also ride and want to get home alive. Abandoning false claims will HELP your movement to stop helmet laws, and make the media more fair.
