Bruce, that's my point exactly!

Those who go around claiming the helmet laws are somehow "unconstitutional" are distracting from the real issues of motorcycling -- including whether helmet laws are a good thing, possible mis-use of motorcycle statistics, media bias, and inappropriately low punishments for drivers who harm motorcyclists.

These people make every motorcyclist look silly by making the false claim that helmet laws are unconstitutional. I certainly am not the one who first raised the issue of constitutionality.
