Bruce. First... I did not get your post . Tiger was kind enough to send
it to me and I got it tonite. The truth is, I blocked your email
address quite some time ago due to repeated requests I made to you to
remove me from your mailing list. I would get removed only to be put
back on soon after. Now I will address your comments.

I was NOT speaking in my capacity as a member of the Board of Directors
of the Motorcycle Riders foundation, so the factual basis for political
strategem is a non-issue. I have been assured in the past by most of
those folks that comprise that list that I could feel free to be me, a
person, in my own right and not be considered to be speaking for the MRF
unless I said I was speaking for the MRF. Henceforth I will go back to
adding a disclaimer to all my posts on that list so that I can be myself
and not "The MRF" whenever I speak. And yes, I do realize that many
people are going to consider what I say to be coming from "the MRF"
which is why, in the past, I did used to put a disclaimer on my posts.

I related to Congresswoman Myrick that more and more frequently we hear
of or know of accidents, ROW violations accidents where the person
responsible for causing the accident is not a legal resident of this
country and has no insurance. It makes a bad situation worse,
emotionally, when those left behind have no legal recourse, no lawsuit
for damages or help with medical bills. Yes I do hear of such events
more and more frequently.

We were actually speaking as private citizens at that time, Bruce. We,
in fact, said, that we were speaking as private citizens and not on
behalf of our abate when we discussed her work in regards to US
Immigration issues. I believe as a private citizen, once I have done
the work my organization has sent me there to do, I do have the right to
say what I wish as long as I make sure it is clear that it is my
opinion. I have never read or taken any data from the KKK, don't know
who AFR is, and do not have any idea what the Iowa congressman has going
on.

I was not there as an MRF Board member. I was there as a citizen from
North Carolina with the CBA/ABATE of NC. Jeff Hennie was not at the
meeting. I am not wasting the MRF's political capital nor was I wasting
the political capital of my SMRO. Trust me, I did discuss with my state
legislative director beforehand, what I would like to say, after our
business was concluded and had his blessing.

When and IF you see anything official from me about our lobbying trip,
you won't see any mention of Immigration.

I will go now and remove the block of your email address.

Regards,

Cindy
