Wanted--a Classic
Hi Everyone. I'm looking to buy a Classic RR,I want either the last of the 3.5 engines or a pre-cat 3.9 so I guess something like an 89/90 model.Am fairly competent with minor mechanicals and am looking for something that is basically sound and corrosion free where it matters, but in need of some cosmetic and minor mechanical TLC etc.It must be sound in engine and heavy mechanicals department as they are beyond my facilities or capability.Have looked at a couple of nice ones, but in both cases missed the boat so I know they are out there.Price up to about £1000, will reply to anyone kind enough to contact me irrespective. We have just posted a classic Monteverdi 1980 - V8, with overdrive, mechanics and chassis OK, needs TLC. We are in Alresford Hants! Feel free to come and view. |
