help - locking nuts

Help - have got to change my tires (p38)- but there is no locking nut key or even code number on my owners emergency card. how can i remove the nuts as my local tyre shop cant help and the car is no road legal without new tyres.

I'm amazed your local tyre dealer are unable to remove them.
There are a number of devices which are used by professionals, the breakdown organisations and unfortunately the unscrupulous to remove locking wheel nuts.
They are also sold on ebay. Search under 'locking wheel nut remover'
Note that once removed you throw the old locking nuts away & fit a new set which you will have bought with the key!
