Warning lights when braking
Hi, I have a problem with my 2000 P38 4.0 SE. I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice. When I brake the Traction control, handbreak (!) and ABS warning lights illuminate for a second. The car seems to be breaking fine and my local garage (Dubai) assures me it is just and electrical fault? Thanks Sam |

It needs to go on Testbook or similar. It could be the sensors on the hubs. Best to get it looked at. Falak |

The only people who can test it here in Dubai is the local dealer. The did a test and could not suggest anything (they are totally clueless) there solution was to replace the whole ABS systems with a quote of about 8,000 GBP! |

hi, hope this dosent seem obvious or silly but make shaw the break resovour is topped up!! also physicaly check the thickness of break pads front and back in side and outside of the discs, basic i know but check please Phil |
