drop a message here - how do you think the season is going? I know that a lot of you feel that we don't practice as a group enough. Some of that is the due to the fact that you have exactly one staff member (me) but mostly it is due to the fact that when we do rehearse together, I expect your individual music assignments and drill moves to be learned. Coming to rehearsals to 'freshen up' your knowledge of the music and drill is a great way for us to go backwards as the season goes forwards. Our time together as a group is limited and we have to maximize it. I think we have a cool show and visual scheme. Thoughts?

i just now figured out how to get on this site...i was typing "bravenet" instead of "bravehost"...i think that if people don't know their music or have trouble, we should ask around and see if we can get people passes to band seminar sometime and work on it together. ...just a thought... smileys are fun...
