Re: So where will Bello go?
This is far from being the only forum with that rumour! Leamington have lost a number of key players, and Hagley to Leamington is easy peasy.

Re: So where will Bello go?
This rumour intensified last night with the following announcement on the Leamington FC website:
"A delighted management team has also secured the signature of a new young forward who was top scorer for his team last season, although he cannot be named at the moment due to current club issues. We hope to name him later in the week."
And it isn't Justin Rowe.
And also the following hint on their forum:
" He has played at a higher level. Not step 5 thats all you get."

I don't think he is going to set the world on fire, is he?

Re: So where will Bello go?
I do believe he also scored v Chasetown, Stourbridge, Romulus, Sutton Coldfield,Evesham and others. 21 goals ain't bad you know in a mid table team.
Good grief have a word with yourself will you?

I've had a word with myself and he is a poor replacement for what you had.

Re: So where will Bello go?
Nope you still need to have a word with yourself. How can someone with 21 goals in 42 matches, 9 assists and 5 MOM awards in an aaverage mid table team be a poor replacement? If it doesn't work out we won't be losing anything, We will just need to find someone else. What are you going to do for goals next year?
You really have a downer about Leamington for some reason, can't wait to have a dig whenever you can.

Re: So where will Bello go?
In terms of his location and his fairly decent strike record he isn't a bad replacement for Mackey; still don't think he was that good anyway.
You wonder why some of us have a gripe with Leamington when you think you have a divine right to go up because you have good attendances and you call us a one-man team and then fall about moaning when one of your players leaves - "we're doomed" and "mid-table outfit" were some comments on your forum.
And how many did Bellingham score against you on 20th November, 24th March and 3rd May?

Re: So where will Bello go?
Sorry Brakes. Can't go upsetting the diviners can I. McKay v Corbett? I know which one I'd rather have. As SB says we will do allright in the goals department. Its not how many you score its when you score and who against.

Re: So where will Bello go?
Listen. I don't have a problem with Stourbridge. Never have. We are in the Midland division because we couldn't finish you off in 2 games this year. I have never thought we have a divine right to be anywhere apart from where we are. Yep there are some cocks on NBB who think we should have got promotion on crowds alone, however there are also some people who actually see things the way they should be.
What I will say Jodie is how many times did you see Luke Corbett & Ben Mackey last season? Did you see them both enough to make a concerted judgement on the both of them?
You seem to be the all singing all dancing knowledge on BGB Southern League football.
Still maybe if Bello doesn't join Brakes, someone else will.

Re: So where will Bello go?
brakes, as per your comment of others on your website, not all at stour are down on you. i agree with you that 20 odd goals for mid table team is a good return and the only one that matters, your manager, thinks so, hence his signing. the last few years the southern midlands has been very difficult to get out of and i can't see this year being any different. i belive there are 6 or 7 teams with a real shout, yourselves being one of them. lets hope we can find a replacement for bello and i will be interested to see how your lads play at brakley. hope you have a good season, good health and enjoyment.
MESSAGE TO ALL !

Re: So where will Bello go?
Brakes. Still have a feeling of deflation after our epic encounter with yourselves. Not allowed to celebrate the win with our players smelt of smacked arses on your (LFC's) part. With your crowds and your budget (probably the biggest in the league) you should hold onto or attract players from higher leagues. Anyway have you handed over your phone number, bank account number, NI number to be able to post on here.

I would say Brakes is either AFCW or SW.
Is that right Bello is from Hagley?
